On May 4th & 5th, we will be walking from Point Nepean to Federation Square in an effort to raise much needed funds and awareness for the beautiful Chloe Saxby and others like her who suffer from Vanishing White Matter Disease - an extremely rare, genetic, degenerative, terminal brain disease that affects mostly children.
