Imagine your child at a young age became so unwell so quickly and there was no cure.... what would you do?
When I heard Emily had come up with this crazy but inspiring idea, instantly I said “I’m in” and I’ll be support crew to the 100 amazing ladies doing the 100k walk.
I had to be part of it in some way, I knew I couldn’t walk the whole way with my back the way it is, so support crew I am.
I have been doing the 12k training sessions most Saturdays with the girls and it’s so amazing to see the girls pushing themselves further and further every week.
I have a healthy daughter and step daughter who I’m very lucky to have in my life and I could not imagine the pain and suffering that Chloe and the Saxby family go through each and every day so this is the least I could do.
Being apart of this and helping raise much needed funds for vanishing white matters disease could help find a cure.
