I am a close family friend of the Saxby family. Hearing about Chloe’s diagnosis a few years ago and seeing their world come crashing down was one of the hardest things a friend can watch.
When I found out about the 100km walk, I was a little bit nervous at first. I don’t think I have ever walked more than 20km. Then I realised that isn’t the point. Chloe struggles EVERY day. Her family fights for her EVERY day. I’m damn sure that I can struggle for 100km to help find a cure for Chloe.
I’m lucky to be joined on the walk by two amazing friends, Gemma Green and Lee Connell.
With your donation we can save Chloe and end this devastating disease for all children. All funds raised go to towards life-saving research for a cure for Vanishing White Matter Disease.
Well done Ash you are a champion.
