Over the weekend, Daylesford held a Dunking Derby to raise money and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease Victoria. Event organiser Sebastian Walsh was very pleased with the results and appreciated that friends and locals donated to MND Victoria through the event.
The event had a huge turnout and attendees enjoyed watching as nine local celebrities, including representatives from Daylesford and Hepburn Football Netball Clubs, Chillout Festival, medical personnel and members of the Walsh family were dunked for charity.
During the event, merchandise was sold and an auction was held to encourage people to give more to MND Victoria. The wave of support meant that the Daylesford Dunking Derby raised a massive $25,00 for MND Victoria.
