Brain Cancer Sufferer 'gutted' by Belle Gibson's Lies

When Simone Cozzella discovered that she had brain cancer, the Endeavour College of Natural Health student knew that alternative treatments were going to be her first port of call.

"If you do the right thing by your body, it is designed to heal itself. Like when you cut yourself, you heal," Simone told the Herald Sun.

Simone was diagnosed in July last year with grade 4 medulloblastoma, a type of tumour which is often found in children.

The family and friends of Simone have banded together to create the Ride for Simone — a ride from Sydney to Melbourne, with over 100kms covered each day over eight days.
