My beloved husband Leigh passed away on October 19 2022 , at just 39 years of age, after a short but fierce battle with Stage Four Melanoma (primary unknown, lungs and brain).

Unfortunately, all treatment options failed my Leigh, but I do not want his death to be in vain! Leigh wanted nothing more than to use his story to raise awareness and I am jumping on board this walk to do just that for my most loved husband.

I will be walking with Jay on the final leg of his Mission Melanoma walk in the hopes that there will one day be a cure for this most horrendous disease.
