Help flood victims in Australia

A catastrophic storm cell hit the entire eastern seaboard of Australia this week, causing record flooding that has devastated parts of coastline.

According to the ABC, wild weather that thrashed parts of Queensland and New South Wales over the weekend has moved south, with the low pressure system reaching as far south as Tasmania amid warnings of heavy rain, flash flooding and damaging winds.

Hundreds of people have been left without homes, food, power and shelter on freezing winter nights. They are battling extreme cold, water contamination and serious danger of illness.
