Brookfield Multiplex RNSH-CSB Project School Community Challenge
Welcome to the BM School Community Challenge fundraising page!
We are excited to be able to give school students in the local area a great opportunity to learn more about careers in the construction industry and visit our project at the Royal North Shore Hospital while it is under construction.
The School Community Challenge aims to get students involved with their community to raise awareness about how important the services are in the new Clinical Services Building in saving lives and providing further care and support to people in the surrounding community. While raising awareness, the students are also raising money for the hospital and competing to win one weeks work experience mentored by our graduates on the project.
Please support the students participating in the BM School Community Challenge making a contribution to the RNSH by donating any sum of money. This is a great opportunity for you take an active role in having a positive impact on the local community.
All proceeds will collectively go towards the Royal North Shore Fundraising which will be donated towards creating a nurturing environment within the building that supports the wellbeing and health of the patients and staff.
Brookfield Multiplex will be completing the Clinical Services Building (CSB) as part of the RNSH redevelopment at the end of this year. Located on the corner of Herbert Street and Westbourne St, the CSB will provide additional space for a range of services and facilities to support a higher standard of health care in the community for the following departments;
-
Paediatric inpatient unit,
-
Severe burns unit,
-
General inpatient unit,
-
Neonatal ICU and birthing suites,
-
Maternity inpatient unit and women’s health ambulatory care, and
-
Mental health
As builders, our challenge is to find ways for our projects to have a positive and long-term impact on communities. With your support and generosity in contributing to this challenge, we will be able to provide the students with a truly unique and inspiring experience to make a difference to their community and explore new learning opportunities.
Thank you for your support.
