NGEN Charity Cup Dodgeball Tournament: Supporting Musicians Making a Difference

The MFA NGEN community is uniting for the NGEN Charity Cup Dodgeball Tournament, aiming to raise $40,000 for Musicians Making a Difference (MMAD). This exciting event brings together Australian media professionals with less than five years of experience.

The NGEN Charity Cup provides a unique platform for NGENers to showcase their teamwork skills while making a positive impact on youth charities. The tournament commences in Melbourne tonight and will subsequently take place in Sydney on May 26th and Brisbane on June 1st.

Embracing the theme of "Battle of the Bands," participants are encouraged to channel their inner musicians by dressing up as their favourite bands or artists. Expect an engaging and spirited event, where dodgeball matches are infused with creativity and enthusiasm.

Companies with fewer than eight participants can contact the NGEN team for assistance in forming teams with members from other companies. Spectators are also welcome to attend and cheer on the teams.

Supporting the cause, industry professionals can purchase raffle tickets sold by participants. Exciting prizes are on offer, including AFL and NRL match tickets, harborside accommodation in Sydney, restaurant vouchers, tickets to Mamma Mia the Musical, and more.

All funds raised from the NGEN Charity Cup will benefit Musicians Making a Difference (MMAD), an Australian charity that leverages the power of music to support at-risk young Australians. MMAD annually impacts over 20,000 individuals across 15 communities and reaches an additional 1.5 million people through online initiatives.
