Two-year-old Isla was hitting her childhood milestones and enjoying playing with her big brothers – six-year-old harry and 3-year-old Paddy – until at about 18-20 months when her development became severly delayed and many serious problems ensued. Suddenly she couldn't eat solids anymore.
As her condition worsoned, her peadiactric appointments were fast-tracked. Finally, the diagnosis came: Battens Disease.
Loving parents, Harley and Nikita Hunter, are raising funds for their dear little girl. Read more about Isla's journey in The Courier Mail and on 7 News.
