Brooke Baldwin, who has serious injuries after Las Vegas crash, knew Luke Shanahan, man killed in triple tragedy

Brooke Baldwin, 21, who was hit by a car on the famous Las Vegas strip earlier in September knew Luke Shanahan, 21. Shanahan was one of three boys killed in a car crash after attending a party in the Blue Mountains.

Brooke’s father, Peter Baldwin, said that while Brooke had broken her leg, shoulder bone and fractured her hip, the doctors were optimistic about her chances of recovery.

“They are happy with her progress,” said Mr Baldwin. “It’s very positive and they’re going to do an MRI later on.”
