Young Springfield boy Jack Viellaris has had his life changed forever after bring diagnosed with Perthes Disease, a disorder affecting the hip joint.
The bubbly and energetic six-year-old who is used to running around and playing with his friends is now forced to use a wheelchair or crutches to get around.
Jack's mother, Haylee Jones, told the Queensland Times that the disease appeared suddenly and caused Jack's condition to deteriorate at a rapid pace.
