Boy with Rare Brain Tumour Longs to Go Home for His Birthday

All Cooper Zerk, 8, want for his ninth birthday is to be back at home in Chinchilla. 

Cooper was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour in September and has been receiving treatment in Brisbane for the past few weeks. 

Cooper's mum, Lyn Zerk, told Chincilla News  that despite having his family around him in hospital Cooper just wants to get better and go home. 

"All he wants to do is be home for his birthday," says Mrs Zerk.
