In honour of Chet Harvey Storta

I am setting up this fundraiser in honour of my beautiful baby nephew Chet Harvey who was born 10/11/14 but sadly passed away on 11/11/14.

On 21/06/15, I will be taking part in the Stadium Stomp at the Gabba in Brisbane. I am asking for donations to be made towards my challenge, that will be given to Heartfelt, a volunteer organisation of professional photographers who come to the aide of grieving families, and give the gift of photographic memories to those who have experienced stillbirths, premature births, or have children with serious and terminal illnesses.

Chet was the beloved first born of my sister and brother in law. Even though my sister in law had a healthy and normal pregnancy, there were unexpected complications during labour and while my gorgeous nephew fought hard, the angels had another plan for him.

I believe I speak on behalf of our whole family when I say that we will be forever grateful that a lovely volunteer from Heartfelt could be there at the hospital to take photos of Chet, so that we can have these treasured memories to hold on to. Our time with Chet was too short, but thanks to the photographer, my nephew will never be forgotten. My own children will know their cousin and hopefully in time, my sister and brother in law's children will be able to see photos of their angel brother, who we know is watching over us all.

Without the volunteers at Heartfelt, we may not have been lucky enough to capture such beautiful photos of baby Chet, so this is my way of saying thank you for allowing my family and I to remember Chet forever.
