Help Jemma reach her Paralympic dreams

My name is Jemma Lee, I'm 17 years old and I compete in para-athletics as I have Cerebral palsy spastic diplegia which affects me moderately.
My dream is to one day compete for Australia at paralympic level.

I currently hold Australian records in discus, shot put and long jump and I am also all schools state champion for discus.

I have been given the exciting opportunity to compete in Brisbane and Sydney in March this year. These meetings will give me extra experience and give me a chance to take the next step toward reaching my lifelong dream of representing Australia.

The two competitions are
6 - 8th of march IPC grand Prix in Brisbane, this is an international event.

11th - 15th of march Australian Junior Championships which are held in Sydney.

I strive to become an inspiration to other young people with disabilities, not only in their athletic dreams, but In life in general.

Athletics has given me a reason to survive, a reason to carry on, a reason to strive beyond expectation and the strength to believe in myself and my ABILITIES, rather than getting lost in what my disability has taken from me.

There are many costs involved in getting to these competitions, including travel, car hire, accommodation etc. To make this trip possible I'm asking for your help. Even if it's only $5, every little bit makes a HUGE difference.
