On March 24th 2024, I will be completing the Geelong Ironman 70.3 event. This is a triathlon consisting of a 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride and 21km run. I will be raising money for Legacy Geelong, a Veteran focused charity which supports the partners and the children of those who gave their lives or their health for our country. My Grandparents William North OAM (an officer in Northern Africa in WW2) and Elizabeth North OAM, both supported and volunteered for Geelong Legacy for many years, with Elizabeth being a president of the Geelong chapter in the past.
