I want to live in a world where trans, gender diverse and non-binary people are embraced and given every opportunity to thrive and flourish. This year for Trans Awareness Week (13-19 Nov) I am raising money for Transcend Australia, an organisation committed to doing just that. Transcend Australia aims to support, affirm and celebrate the lives of trans and gender diverse children, their families and carers, allies, and educators. They literally are saving lives. Over three days (17, 18, and 19 Nov) I will be walking from my home in Kensington, down the South East coastline of Melbourne, all the way to Portsea (105km).
