If you knew Sandi you loved her. She was fun, adventurous and so kind. In honour of her we are running a half marathon to raise money for those who cared for her at the end when we couldn't.
Katie Rose is an amazing hospice that made us all feel so welcome on our visits and made us feel so confident that she was in the best place she could have been after her long fight with cancer.
Please help support this wonderful place and the beautiful team that took care of Sandi by donating to raise funds to help others come to terms with death.
We will be running the Sunshine Coast Half Marathon together on 13th August from Alexandra Parade and you are most welcome to join!

If you would like to show your support, without running a marathon, then come join us on the day to celebrate the life of Sandi. Race starts at 6am and beers at the finish line will be greatly appreciated. ?
Though not running the race, if we raise $10,000 Hana has committed in front of at least 7 witnesses, that she will shave her hair off and donate her ponytail to CureCancer. (Which you are also welcome to join in on ?)
Even if you didn't know Sandi and have just stumbled across this page, please chip in what you can to help support a great charity that relies on donations. Thank you ?
Funds donated to the My Cause Gift Fund will be disbursed to Katie Rose Cottage. The trustees will always disburse funds to the nominated cause, however in the case that that is not possible, the funds will be disbursed to a DGR charity at the trustees discretion.
