Dry Spell for MATES is a health and wellbeing initiative that challenges people to take a break from an unhealthy habit for 100 days, while raising funds for MATES in Construction WA. MATES in Construction WA (MATES) are an independent not-for-profit organisation, delivering critical support for workers in an industry that loses 190 Australians to suicide every year.
