I need to say goodbye to Kate my friend of 35 years

Kate beat breast cancer 10 years ago she is now retired and dying she lives in Perth I’m in Sydney She recently was admitted for clots in her lungs and left leg d/c home recently she is under palliative care I just want to go and say goodbye in person for my own self worth nobody should be left to go alone I feel so helpless
