Larter v Hazzard, AHPRA and NSW Health

I have instructed our legal team to continue fighting. We are appealing the judgement in the Larter v Hazzard matter to the Court of Appeal. We are also fighting the Public Health Orders and the implications for all workers in other jurisdictions such as the NSW Industrial Relations Commission and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. This is a matter of significant public interest and needs to be challenged and fought to ensure the ongoing freedom and rights of Australian's are protected. No person should be discriminated against due to their conscience, religious beliefs or medical status. We must protect our right to freedom of choice. Mr Hazzard said " get out and get vaccinated. Don't be selfish or self entitled to think you're different from the rest of us. You're not."

All money raised will be used for the legal costs to fight this tyranny.
