The residents of Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City in the Philippines were devastated by massive flash floods that looked like rivers flowing down the streets of their towns on 16th October 2022. Houses also caught on fire as a result and their whole subdivision was affected by the flooding. There was widespread damage and loss of homes, affecting the children and sick in particular.
