Every year Basketball Australia hosts the U14 Club Championships. This exciting and prestigious event invites elite athletes from across the nation to represent their clubs in a week long tournament for national rankings.
Qualifying for this event is an incredible feat in that it is limited to the top four representative male and female teams in the Victorian Championship competition.
From a young age, Emma has dreamt of qualifying for this event and to have the opportunity of competing with the best teams on a national stage.
The cost associated with sending a team to Nationals in NSW is approximately $15,000. This covers the team, coaches, support staff (Team Manager, Physio, etc) for registration, accommodation, dietary requirements, transport, uniforms and any medial/physio needs. The estimated cost per family is $1000.
