Walk for Dan

Hi there,

Sunday September 11th is the day... our day to walk for our beautiful and amazing friend Dan.
This is a day to get together and raise money and awareness for Huntington's Disease.
And also... let's make it a fun morning/afternoon and while we are at it, we might as well dress up in the HD colors (pink & green).

To walk you have to register as a member (there is a fee to sign up - note this is not the same as a donation). You can sign up alone or as a family.

The walk is around 4 km. It starts at Speers Point Park (Newcastle) and walk out of the park for 2 km, before turning around and coming back.

The walk is designed for all ages and abilities and can be completed at your own pace. If you would like to walk further you certainly can, the path continues.

The walk starts at 11.00 am and they have a merchandise stand that opens at 10.30.

Of course, if you cannot or do not want to walk, you are always free to put in a donation.
