In memory of Angela Michelle McGregor 25/4/86 - 2/8/02 and Stuart Anthony McGregor 27/10/81 - 3/9/02 Angela died by suicide after watching the impact of bullying on her brother, seeing the suffering and changes he went through. Stuart too died by suicide, succumbing to the mental health battle he had fought so gallantly. I wanted to acknowledge the 20th Anniversaries in a way that both honours Angela and Stuart's memory as well as in a practical way. Stuart called lifeline on several occasions and found support and help through each crisis. Lifeline volunteers continue to assist and support all community members. Thank you.
Our call centre provides short term crisis support to a population of almost 300,000 people in the Loddon and Mallee regions.
Our purpose is to provide connection and support to empower people to change their lives. We’re working towards our vision of a suicide-free Australia.
