If you know Sean, you share a thread of life with the many who love him.
Soon we’ll come together to celebrate the life of a man who shows us the purest of love (but he’s just a naughty boy!!).
Long ago I lost count of how many times Sean filled my cup with his kindness and humour and patience and laughter. His profound insight expressed through his kooky and hilarious twist and tilt on life still leaves me grinning and snortling through decades and tears. What a friend! Could we have asked for anyone better to grow up with.
One chasing a tennis ball, and one chasing a footy, they collide in the playground of 1977… and their love story begins (a little dazed and confused – like all the great love stories I suppose, huh!). Angie – Sean’s true love has, is, and will go through God only knows, but as Sean’s forte, the truss to his being, Angie endures with a quiet strength.
Amongst the many heartbreaks of this moment that no one wants, Sean will leave behind his beautiful Angie, and their four young adorables – Cerise, Fox, Phoenix, and Violet.
When Sean first shared his news of cancer, a funding campaign page was set up. People are again asking how to contribute… here it is.
Sean has assured me he’ll send everyone a sign just before (or possibly just after) the Tigers win their next flag ;)
My friend, my hero. Love ya mate.
