Peacock enclosure - 50th birthday

It's my 50th birthday in August, next month!
I live in central west Victoria Australia and don't really have the luxury of having a big birthday party as it's a long way for people to travel, plus I have a lot of friends who live overseas or in other states and territories of Australia!
Having peacocks is something I've dreamt about since I was a child!
I have the area prepared (levelled) already on my little farm and even some of the recycled materials!
The real cost involved is in the foundation poles and strong predator proof wire, as well as good quality bird netting to go over the top of the enclosure!
The local recycling centre in town has a lot of the materials needed to build it!
Peacocks require a large area that needs to be quite high and the roof can't be a solid structure as they can fly which means a solid roof would risk them breaking their necks!
I also don't want them to free range as I don't want them on my house roof as I have tank water and can't risk peacocks spoiling my drinking water!
Any donation for my 50th birthday dream come true would be greatly appreciated!
It's something I've wanted since I was very young!
I'd love to be able to build a decent sized peacock enclosure, a peacock sanctuary walk in enclosure that I can enjoy as I get older and others can enjoy through videos on social media!
