On New Years Day 2022, Lachlan Moore passed away suddenly, leaving his family and friends heart broken and devastated. Lachlan was a handsome charmer and a fabulous character, who lived with Angelman syndrome and regularly battled seizures as well as other many challenges. He is remembered for his courage, fierce determination, intense love and amazing hugs. We are raising funds to assist with Lachlan's funeral and other associated and unexpected costs, including bringing his family together from across the country at this saddest of times.
