- WE ARE TAKING FIRE RESCUE VICTORIA TO THE FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA

WHY?

Despite Governments dropping Public health orders, despite Chief Health Officers declaring the pandemic over and there being no need for vaccine mandates.........

Victorian and NSW Firefighters are still suspended, on Leave without pay or forced to exhaust personal entitlements if they do not comply with Fire Commissioner imposed mandates.

HOW - LEGAL ROADMAP

We have a legal team of tenacious and uncompromising Lawyers and Barristers that have designed a roadmap to demolish the claims and judgements as to why Fire Rescue Victoria are continuing to enforce the unprincipled and disreputable workplace regulations.

We are making a Statement of Claims seeking Declaration by the Supreme Court of Australia outlining by Legal Unlawfulness and Unreasonable Directions of Fire Rescue Victoria. It’s a 34-point Statement of Claims and Declarations that are based on fact, law and legal obviousness.

This is a very DIFFERENT manner in submission to what has being done before.

It is a Strong and Authoritative submission with potent legal foundations.

WE NEED HELP

This process costs money.

We need your support to endure with the legal proceedings.

The cost for this process is in the vicinity of $50’000.

The benefits of a winning case will have winning precedent outcomes for all Firefighters in the Country. But yet also for each and every other Industry Worker who are in the same position.

Permanent full-time, part-time and retained Firefighters all over Australia have been stood down due to Covid 19 injection mandates.

AFA Firefighters have been forced to use all their hard earned work entitlements and are forced to go on leave without pay. The financial uncertainty this has caused has led to high levels of psychological and emotional stress for firefighters and their families!

State governments have failed to back up reasons for ongoing mandates and why Firefighters must participate in the COVID-19 vaccine trial. We must continue to add the pressure and fight back for our basic human rights of freedom of choice! If not decades of firefighting and rescue expertise are about to be lost.

In response, we have formed the Australian Firefighters Alliance. We are PRO CHOICE not anti-vaccination. We need to be afforded the right to say NO without the risk of job loss, disciplinary action, coercion, pressure or harassment.

We are still engaging with our expert legal team to provide legal advice, liaise with state Fire services and represent us in Court at all levels of the judicial system to fight this mandate.
Legal action is a costly exercise and all members of the Australian Firefighters Alliance have already invested financially!
Our Barrister specialises in extremely complex matters including Public Health and practices in the Supreme Court, High Court and all Commonwealth Courts. He has provided advice in all jurisdictions and practices predominantly in Human Rights Anti-discrimination, Constitutional, and Criminal law.

All donations will be used for legal fees and any remainder raised will be donated to the Children’s Burns Unit at Westmead Hospital!
