Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for The Do Nothing Challenge!
This November I'm aiming to do thirty minutes a day of nothing (not literally nothing of course...!)
That means I'm going to find thirty minutes a day for myself, away from distractions, where I can slow down, breathe, meditate, practice mindfulness.
And while I'm at it, I'm raising money for three amazing mental health charities for the 5 million Aussies who go through some sort of mental health challenge every year.
It's going to be good for my mental health, whilst helping others.
