My name is Chianna Taylor, I am 23 years old and a survivor of sexual child abuse.
I am a member of a group called Mums, Bubs and Dads Against Sexual Child Abuse.

There is a code of silence that allows sexual predators to continue sexually abusing and raping children. I was one of those who suffered in silence.
Many of us are survivors of sexual child abuse who suffered in silence. Many were not believed when they did speak out and carried the shame of the abuse all their lives. A shame that was never theirs to carry.
Our parents and guardians we are unable to be there 24/7 to protect us and current methods of sexual abuse awareness and reporting are not working.
The sexual abusers of children are continuing unabated.
We are asking you to stand with us and help raise the funds for a national awareness campaign to achieve the following:-
1. Have Australia understand as many as 1:3 girls and 1:6 boys are sexually abused.
2. That 90% of sexual child abuse is by a family member or close friend of the family.
3. To truly understand the trauma and lifelong damage a child incurs through having been sexually abused.
4, That there is no shame in having been sexually abused, so be brave and stand up and speak out.
5. That we have a potential answer to empowering the children so that the abuse never starts.
The 12 month campaign called "Two Voices One Message", (Indigenous and non-Indigenous), will involve hundreds of short video messages from elite athletes, singers and survivors of sexual child abuse.
An award winning Sydney based social media company, https://attentionexperts.com/ will look to distribute the videos through every major sporting code social media platform and other media outlets.
Without this national campaign, the code of silence that protects the sexual abusers of children, will continue.
We will never be able to attract the government funding to undertake the proof of concept, with our university partners, in order to potentially provide the children with the tools to stop the abuse before it starts.
There is an answer.
The Education Ministers, in WA, Vic and Qld have all agreed, should we gain federal government funding, they will welcome it into all schools.
It will provide children with the tools to understand what grooming is and the means to reach out without fear or shame.
This online program, has been designed to go into every primary school around the world creating a global web of children understanding grooming and calling out the acts of would be sexual predators.

100% of the campaign funds go to the social media company and Facebook promotion.
When we reach $5,000 the social media company will swing into action and develop the campaign and have it up and running within 3 weeks. The balance of funds can be continued to be raised.
Funds raised beyond the campaign target will be used to continue supporting the initiative.
