Hand surgery

Hey guys,

I'm adriano from Germany!
I life with my finance Sarah in Australia as a student.
Soon we want to marry, so I can finally get my visa and become resident.
We been working hard, driving doordash, working in all types of jobs to finance our life, visa and education(student visa) and we almost did it.

But now 5 month before we have to apply for the visa, something happend to me. A screw from an old injury in my hand came lose. My insurance won't cover all of it! It is ridiculously expensive, as you probably can imagine...

And the medical bills are piling up. I'm scared, I can't work since I can't use my hand. It's painful, it's constiently swelling. I have to get surgery, but I won't be able to stay in the country and afford my surgery at the same time !

Any help will help no matter how much !

I want to have a life with my partner here in Australia, I also want to be able to get the surgery to get back to work again.

I'm invalid, I feel terrible.
It is killing me, I feel worthless and helpless.

I know I'm probably just one of many people asking for help.

But I'm still asking for help. Cause I'm at a point we're I feel like I need it.

I got no dad to ask my partners family in Brazil is poor themselves.

My mom with my 2 siblings is living in germany she is a Brazilian herself working in retirement care, therefore making not much money at all to help me either !

So I don't know. I hope I can find some good hearted people to help us.
