Exercise and keeping Physically active can positively assist cancer survivors through their cancer treatment.

Exercise physiologists are highly trained to safely guide cancer survivors through exercise.

However, exercise physiology is still not routinely funded for cancer survivors within Australia.

At the Sydney Cancer Survivorship Centre, we are passionate about providing the best quality care for cancer survivors. Ysupport is kindly sought to maintain a unique exercise physiology service that is provided free of charge to cancer survivors.

For the month of August, I will be Stepping Up for cancer survivors by lodging a minimum of 30minutes of physical activity every day. This time around, I will have a newborn in tow :).
