Thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page. This May I am aiming to move at least 15 km to raise funds to drive research into Prader-Willi syndrome. Exercise is a core intervention in managing weight, physical health and mental health for people with PWS. The benefits of exercise enable participation for the PWS community in everyday activities.
As exercise and fitness is a huge part of my life, I wanted to challenge myself and set the ambitious goal to run 5km, row 5km, and ride 5km all in one hit, to reach the target of 15km in just one day! As a PWS researcher, I have had the pleasure of being in contact with many families affected by PWS and understand the challenges they experience on a daily basis. I aim to complete my goal on Saturday the 22nd of May!
