For my birthday in January I am going to attempt the 48-hour running challenge to raise money for Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia.
I will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours for a total of 48 miles (77.25km). I will be starting at 8:00PM on the 4th of January. I have chosen the Prostate Cancer Foundation as it is a cause close to my heart after Dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019. Any donations would be greatly appreciated for a cause that is important to our family and many others in Australia. All legs of the challenge will be documented and posted on my Facebook page The timetable for the challenge will be as follow: 8pm - Lap 1 12am - Lap 2 4am - Lap 3 8am - Lap 4 12pm - Lap 5 4pm - Lap 6 8pm - Lap 7 12am - Lap 8 4am - Lap 9 8am - Lap 10 12pm - Lap 11 4pm Lap 12
