I'm joining chapters from around the globe in a remote 5km fun run and helping The Ireland Funds continue to support impactful projects across Ireland and Australia.
This year, funds raised for the Australian Global 5k will support MyMind.
MyMind is the first and largest blended model of mental health care in Ireland, and is putting Ireland at the forefront of mental health innovation. With centres in Dublin, Cork and Limerick City helping clients suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, stress or addiction by providing counselling and psychotherapy services, MyMind has created a unique movement for community-based mental health services that work towards giving every person in Ireland equal access to mental health support early, affordably, directly, without stigma or delay.
