I can't believe it but Em has decided to chop some of her very very long hair off. Em is hoping by doing this big chop people might be able donate to raise money for Fight MND. Under the circumstances this year our fundraising efforts for MND have been limited so if you can donate that would be appreciated. Em came up with this idea after her friend at school did similar for their chosen charity. I will also be getting my hair cut along side Em - the way things are at the moment in Victoria it might be Em and I cutting each other’s hair!!! We will be donating our hair to those who make wigs for cancer patients. At this stage we are both cutting a minimum of 35cm, this could certainly increase. We would really value your support for this cause that is so close to our hearts. We have a family history of MND so finding a cure would mean the world to us. A massive thanks to everyone who has donated so far! We have reached our first target of $800, so Em and I will have 35cm cut and donated. We are now making this a family affair. If we can reach $1300 Mark will have his head shaved and Lachie will have his first hair cut. Our 3rd target is $2000 where Em and I will have some more hair taken off. I wonder if there will be a 4th target and what might occur.....
