I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. All started in 2013 when she was diagnosed for breast cancer and was treated as any other breast cancer would. Four years later, the cancer returned in the form of liver and bone metastases. We treated bone (spinal) metastases with radiation and these are inactive for over 2 years, but the liver metastases are often in progression. For three years my Mom has been recieving chemoteraphy and hormone theraphy but it didnt help much, and metastases are in progression again in the liver. Because her body is too depleted of many chemotherapies, the only option is targeted liver radiation, stereotactic radiation, which is possible abroad, specifically in Turkey. Turkish doctors have sent Miluša (my mother) positive response regarding treatment, but we needs financial assistance for those interventions. Doctors agree that targeted radiation will significantly affect the further fight against this vicious disease. We need money for emergency treatment and for the cost of accommodation during therapy. After radiation, it is planned to continue the use of chemotherapy in our country. I'm really thankful I can write this here and ask for your help, I truly am.
