The Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) is launching a Mental Health Support Appeal to assist people, communities and children affected by the bushfires in QLD and NSW.

The Foundation aims to provide support to individuals with psychological distress symptoms as a result of trauma and loss. This includes support for mental health activities to assist communities to recover from psychological distress. Support will be particularly targeted at children and youth.

The donation raised will assist in providing counselling services to respond to broader levels of distress within the community. Your generous donation means that we can deliver information, support and counselling services at this crucial time to help local communities to progress towards recovery and building resilience.
