With suicide prevention week fast approaching and the anniversary of my beautiful friend Tess' passing, I've decided to put together an afternoon tea with a speaker in her honour. This is a cause that's really close to my heart. Tess was sunshine. She was warm, kind and gentle. She made everyone she met feel at ease.
Entry will be $15, with all proceeds being donated to Suicide Prevention Australia, the national leadership organisation for the suicide prevention sector in Australia. Their vision is a world without suicide, let's help make that happen
Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA) is the peak body for the suicide prevention sector in Australia. SPA works collaboratively to significantly reduce suicides and to develop a community that knows how to ask for help and how to give help. .
