We are tackling the Sydney Tower Stair Challenge - climbing up a lazy 1500 steps to raise money for Little Wonder.
In July 2017 little Charlie surprised everyone by arriving at 29 weeks - weighing just 1.3kgs. He spent the first 60 days of his life in Newborn Care at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, moving from intensive to special care.
RPA Newborn Care in Sydney NSW provides the highest level of neonatal intensive care available in Australia.
RPA Newborn Care looks after more than 950 sick and premature babies each year and not only do they provide intensive care services for babies born at RPA but also for babies transferred from hospitals that don’t have the same high level of intensive care facilities.
Little Wonder is the parents fundraising and support committee for RPA Newborn Care. They help with everything from much-needed CPAP machines to support little lungs like Charlie’s to comfortable chairs helping parents like us have extended cuddles and provide ‘Kangaroo Care’ for their little ones.
Little Wonder are a small charity so your donation will make a big difference.
Little Wonder is a Parent fundraising and support committee for RPA Newborn Care run entirely by dedicated volunteers who donate their time to support families that have or are currently experiencing the Newborn Care journey at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney.
