On August 19th 2018 my son, Patrick, was born 11 weeks early weighing 750g. He's come a long way but unfortunately some complications have left him visually impaired. It’s been a tough year but the organisation helping little hands were a great help to us during Patrick’s 3.5 month stay in hospital. I’m running the City to Surf 12km to raise funds so they can continue to provide support for families that find themselves in the same situation we found ourselves in. If you would like to donate to the cause your support would be very much appreciated.
helping little hands aims to provide a practical support network and advocacy for families of premature babies in Western Australia .
Our vision is a NICU journey that minimises the emotional stress, health and financial impacts on families.
