Help Benjamin lever

Hi I’m needing surgery on my neck disk replacement and vertebrae replacement and I’m suffering with a lot of pain after an accident we’re I slipped down some steps and damaging my neck between c6 c7 my family is struggling with day to day life and I’m unable to do much with family my wife Kerry is amazing looking after our four kids and me and we will be homeless by the 20th of May and need help so much thank you ????????
