Hi! I'm Kevin, an optometrist based in Sydney, Australia.
In October, I will be joining the Eyes4Everest team to trek and provide valuable eye care services to remote Nepalese communities in the Himalayan mountains. Here, I will be fulfilling a lifelong dream to provide eye care to people who cannot access the help that they need.

Eyes4Everest is an Australian-based charity organisation which aims to provide primary eye care to mountain communities of Nepal. Currently, the team is also working towards the training of a local optometrist and hospital staff.
ALL proceeds will go to providing sustainable eye care to these communities.
These donations will also mean that your fellow Eyes4Everest volunteer will be given small perks on the trip, such as a hot shower, a snack or toilet paper (Yes, toilet paper is a rarity!). These are luxuries that I will mostly be living without for the month of October.
Support a great cause and click the red button! Yes, donations to Eyes4Everest are tax deductible.
Eyes4Everest was founded by Australian paediatric optometrist Shaun Chang after learning some Sherpa children were having difficulty seeing the board. The Association is dedicated to providing eye care and treating preventable blindness in the mountain communities.
