Come Monday 30 September 2019, I am embarking on a 5 day endurance test on my bike. The ride will be 736 kms and an excruciating 8145 m of vertical climbing. My undertaking between now and 30 September is to get up at 5am at least 3 days a week for training rides. And then show up, do the ride and report how it went.
