Taking the Freeze MND challenge from 10 secs to 12 hours! From a quick ice bath to cool slog across the English Channel….WTHF!

In mid-August, myself and 3 other ragtags from Melbourne are swimming the English Channel as a Relay team (okay okay I get it ). A solo effort may or may not follow. If you are feeling benevolent, have a heavy wallet, welled up with guilt, or are just extremely generous, it would be great to for you to support this awesome cause.
