On the 31st January 2019 I am taking part in Catholic Mission’s Trek to Myanmar which aims to raise a total of $70000 towards educational programs for children. The provision of knowledge and skills through educational programs provides opportunities for these children to obtain work and better futures for themselves and their families. This trek will give me the opportunity to see firsthand the wonderful work Catholic Mission is doing in Myanmar to improve the lives of children through the provision of qualified teachers and by providing funding for children to attend school. Each participant on the trek is committed to raising $3500 towards this great cause.
