Since starting 2nd Shot in February 2017 we have supported 15 people experiencing homelessness to find secure accommodation, 5 people to find paid employment outside of 2nd Shot and 5 people to complete a Certificate III in hospitality.  We are excited about the impact we have in supporting people to exit homelessness and enter the workforce.  This has only been achievable because of your ongoing support and generosity to help us help others one coffee at a time!

To continue to move forward with this project we have acquired an espresso bar at 488a Ruthven Street, Toowoomba where we hope to provide more employment and training opportunities to people experiencing homelessness.  We have access to a seating area out the back and are asking for your help to renovate and deck it out with furniture and hospitality equipment including tables, chairs, juicer, smoothie maker, stainless steel bench, small oven, paint, timber and cement to a name a few things.
