This year I am challenging myself by entering the Zahra Foundation's Women on the Run sandbag fun run event. This event is a 4k fun run between Grange and Henley Beach Jetty's where everyone carry's a load to show support for those affected by domestic and family violence.

The goal is to raise $30,000 and you can help by sponsoring me, even it its a couple of dollars per kilometre. Every bits helps and will go towards grants and programs that create economic empowerment for families to live a life free from violence.

Help me carry the load! Thank you for your support!
