Food For Change is a not for profit charity run by volunteers who are passionate about our mission to alleviate food insecurity in Australia.  We believe in an Australia where anbody can get the food relief they need at anytime - No Matter The Circumstances.

Over the next 5 weeks we are raising funds by selling vegetable & herbs seeds to help us on our mission in 2018.

We have 4 Donation Options with various seeds in each including; Basil, Tomoato, Cucumber, Lettuce, Zucchini, Carrot, Parsley, Parsnip, Beetroot & Radish.

Our seed packets are twice the size of what you would purchase from other retailers and represent amazing savings.

WHY

Currently over 50,000 people each month are turned away from food relief agaencies across Australia - 1/4 of which are children.

Food For Change is working towards a food secure Australia by growing food on unused land & rescuing food in local communities all to support food relief agencies who are feeding hungry Australians.

Our model is unique in that we do not own the land we grow food on and we partner with existing agencies who do the delivery of food on our behalf - keeping our costs as low as possible.

But we still need funds to operate.

At the moment we are funded primarily by grants and small donations. 

During the coming weeks we are running our first crowdfunding campaign for the sale of seeds on a special offer.  We are aiming to raise $15,000 and this money will be used towards covering our 2018 running costs for our Melbourne farm, including; volunteer insurance, accounting costs, farm supplies and equipment.

If you grow your own veg, are a community garden, school garden or market gardener/farmer by purchasing your seeds from us you will be helping us to grow more food to feed those in need.

Please Note: All seeds will be mailed out after the end of the campaign. You will be given a receipt number after your donation and advised on how to provide us with your postal address.
